Refractory shotcrete

Description:

Refractory shotcrete is a unshaped refractories that is constructed using pneumatic tools through mechanical spraying. Due to the repeated and continuous impact of cement and aggregate during the spraying process, the sprayed materials are compacted, resulting in a lining layer with good density and mechanical strength. Spraying construction actually integrates transportation, pouring and compacting into one process. No or only a single-sided formwork is required. The process is simple, the construction efficiency is high, and it has wide adaptability.
