Less-cement refractory castable
Description:
Less cement castables refer to castable refractories with a calcium aluminate cement addition of less than 8%. Unlike ordinary refractory castables, some or most of the calcium aluminate cement in the less cement castable matrix is replaced by ultrafine powders whose chemical composition is the same or similar to the main material. Therefore, its physical properties are better, and the slag resistance and slag corrosion resistance are also better.

Self-leveling refractory castable
Description:
The self leveling refractory castable is a refractory castable that can flow and degas without vibration. This castable can be pumped for construction to facilitate the construction period and reduce labor intensity.

Steel fiber refractory castable
Description:
In the important part, the high-alumina clinker is used as the aggregate and the powder to be mixed with the appropriate steel fiber. Its characteristics are high strength, good toughness, good thermal shock resistance, good resistance to spalling and abrasion, and suitable for area that temperature step changes are more likely to cause damage to the furnace wall. Due to the addition of steel fiber, the overall strength of the furnace wall after casting is greatly enhanced, and its use method is basically the same as that of concrete.

Insulating refractory castable
Description:
Insulation refractory castables refer to castable refractories with a true porosity of not less than 45%, also known as lightweight refractory castables. Including light aggregate refractory castables, foam refractory castables, aerated refractory castables, etc. This product has high porosity, low thermal conductivity, and has certain fire resistance and good thermal insulation properties. It is conducive to saving energy, increasing furnace operation rate, and reducing equipment load.
