Ceramic fiber insulations
Other name: Ceramic fiber board, Ceramic fiber blanket, Ceramic fiber block, Ceramic fiber paper
Model Number:
Certification: ISO 9001-14001
Minimum Order Quantity:
Ceramic fiber board
Description:
The ceramic fiber board is an aluminum silicate fiber board, a board made of refractory material. Even if it maintains good mechanical strength after heating, the product is rigid and has a supporting strength of fiber insulation products compared to fiber blankets and felts. In addition to the excellent properties of the corresponding ceramic fiber wool, the ceramic fiber board has a hard texture, excellent toughness and strength, and excellent wind erosion resistance. Heating does not expand, light weight, convenient construction, can be cut and bent arbitrarily, is an ideal energy-saving material for kiln, pipeline and other thermal insulation equipment.
Advantages:
1. High compressive strength and long service life
2. Low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity
3. Non-brittle material, good toughness
4. The size is accurate, the flatness is good
5. Easy to cut and install, convenient construction
6. Excellent resistance to wind erosion
7. Continuous production, uniform fiber distribution and stable performance
Application:
Cement and other building materials industries, petrochemical, metallurgy, ceramics, glass industry, non-ferrous metal industry
Ceramic fiber blanket
Description:
Ceramic fiber blankets, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blankets, are called ceramic fiber blankets because one of their main components is alumina, which is the main component of porcelain. The ceramic fiber blanket is formed by special double-sided needling process using special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filaments. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high temperature and low temperature conditions.
Advantages:
Refractory, heat
insulation, heat preservation, low thermal conductivity, low heat
capacity, excellent chemical stability, excellent thermal stability, and
shock resistance, excellent tensile strength, excellent sound
absorption
Application:
As a high temperature insulation material for aerospace, steel and petrochemical industries; fire insulation for military equipment; thermal insulation for industrial furnaces and high temperature equipment; thermal insulation for high temperature pipelines
