1. Inspection, acceptance and setting-out of furnace shell before masonry:

After the furnace shell is installed, mark the center line of the furnace body first, and then review the ovality of the furnace shell, the elevation of each part, etc., and then mark the center line of each hole in the furnace body and the masonry elevation of the furnace wall accordingly, and set the line to prepare for masonry.

2. Construction of refractory castable for distribution board surface:

The distribution board refractory castable should be completed after the furnace shell and vault masonry, the embedded tuyere is installed and checked, and the tuyere is sealed and the construction area is cleaned before pouring. Pour the light weight castable first, then the dense castable.

The castable is mixed with a forced mixer, the amount of various materials is adjusted according to the construction instructions and mixed evenly in the mixer, and then the specified amount of water is added, and the mixture is fully stirred for 2 to 3 minutes.

The stirred refractory castable should be used up within 30 minutes, and the castable that has appeared in the initial setting state cannot be used. During the pouring process, use a plug-in vibrator for tamping, the fluidized bed surface pouring material must be poured in one time, and no construction joints are reserved. The surface of the castable should be flat and leveled at any time during the pouring process. 24 hours after the completion of the construction of the castable, carry out water spray curing, the curing time is at least 3 days, and the curing temperature is 10-25 ℃.

3. Furnace body refractory brick masonry:

(1) Masonry requirements:

Except for some special brick types, the refractory bricks need to be constructed by staggered wet masonry. The refractory mud used for the joints of the masonry bricks should be full and dense, and the size of the brick joints meets the design requirements. When the refractory bricks are leveled and the thickness of the brick joints is adjusted , Wooden hammer or rubber hammer should be used.

Do not shake or knock the completed masonry.

When the masonry is jointed, thick refractory mortar should be used, and the brick joints shall be filled tightly before solidification.

When processing bricks, the processed surface of refractory bricks shall not face the furnace and expansion joints, and the length and width of the processed bricks shall not be less than 1/2 or 2/3 of the original brick length and width. The refractory bricks of each ring of the furnace wall are laid horizontally layer by layer. If they are left or reworked and demolished, they should be made into a stepped inclined chamfer.

(2) Refractory mortar preparation:

The masonry mortar for industrial roasting furnace can be selected according to the material matching of refractory bricks for the furnace wall, and it can be mixed evenly with a mixer. The viscosity of the mortar should be determined according to the actual situation on site. The refractory mortar that has appeared in the initial setting state should not be used.

(3) Furnace wall masonry construction:

The furnace wall adopts a sectional masonry method. Before each section of the furnace wall is built, the inner wall of the furnace shell needs to be painted with two anti-corrosion layers, and then the asbestos board is pasted. Then use light weight refractory bricks and dense refractory bricks to start the masonry construction of the furnace wall.

The masonry construction of each section of the furnace wall should be carried out on the basis of the furnace shell. During the masonry of each section, if the insulation layer is required, the light weight refractory bricks should be laid first and then the dense refractory bricks. When laying to the hole, the hole should be laid first, and then the surrounding furnace wall. The closing bricks of each layer of bricks should be evenly distributed.

(4) Vault brick masonry construction:

1) The skew block is the foundation of the vault masonry, which should be built according to the center of the roasting furnace, and the surface should be kept at the same elevation. When building skew block, smear a proper amount of refractory mortar on the masonry and make it adhere well to each other.

2) After the skew blocks are built and passed the inspection, start to build the first ring vault bricks, and after the first ring gate bricks are built, build the second ring vault bricks. The vault bricks are closely attached to each other, and the thickness of the brick joints should be kept as uniform as possible. The door-closing bricks of each ring should be evenly distributed on the top of the furnace, and the width of the door-closing bricks should not be less than 7/8 of the original bricks. The construction of the final ring dome is carried out with refractory castables.

(5) Expansion joint construction:

Expansion joints in all parts of the furnace body should be accurately reserved according to the design drawings, and debris should be cleaned up before filling the expansion joints, the filling material (such as refractory mortar) of the expansion joints should be dense and uniform, and the construction surface should be flat.
